Nicky Whelan

Nicky Whelan, born 10 May 1980 in Australia, is a model as well as an actress. She became known in Australia by playing Pepper Steiger which she played in the soap opera Neighbors for a total of 100 episodes that ran between 2006 and 2007. In Hollywood it was her first time on two projects. It was first Hollywood & Wine in which she played an actress who was struggling. Then by landing a recurring part in the 9th season of Scrubs as Maya a very sexy medical student. However, the show is abruptly canceled. In the following months, she continued to film an episode of the Farrelly brothers comedy called Good to Shoot, which starred the Jason Sudeiki and Owen Wilson tandem. Thereafter the actress was featured in B-series and short films. The year 2013 allowed her to land more exposed projects: she appeared in six scenes of the detective series Franklin and Bash then landed her first regular part on the web-series Chosen carried in the voice of Milo Ventimiglia. In the series' first two episodes, she also gives the answer to Chad Michael Murray. Following that, she played in supporting roles in two feature films involving airplanes. She is the role of a flight attendant. In addition, she is the cover of a brand new TV show called Matador with Gabriel Luna. The series is a thriller in which the actors embody CIA agents. It is directed by director Robert Rodriguez however does not extend beyond a season that is 13 episodes. She continues with the pilot for a new series which doesn't succeed. In 2015, she shared the trailer for a B-series romantic comedy Borrowed Moments with Brian Krause later, she appeared on the show comedy Witness for Rent worn by Kevin Hart Josh Gad and Kaley Cuoco. The experimental Knight of Cups, directed by Terrence malick, also sold out to a wide audience. Also, she is featured in five episodes from the Satisfaction series.
